William-Wakeland

Bill is a retired BSU professor. He was Choral Director and Hand Bell Director at Burris School from ’65 to ’92. Bill directed Madrigal Singers and taught classes in Music Education and Choral Conducting and Methods in the School of Music. He was also assistant conductor of Masterworks Choral for ten years and director of church music in local church for forty-six years. His wife, Ruth, was organist and organ teacher at BSU.

Paul is a life-long resident of Muncie and minored in Restaurant and Hotel Management at Purdue University. He has been involved in “100 Men Who Cook” previously. He was in food manufacturing with Al Pete Meats and Monogram Foods and recently became involved in sales with Bullock Heating and Cooling.

Bruce-Wilson

I was a culinary student at The International Culinary Institute during 2008 – 2010. I have participated in several cooking competitions winning several as well. I taught a cooking series at the Muncie Public Library, “In the Kitchen with Kids.”; and have been on T.V. on various occasions as a chef. I have catered for the Indianapolis Colts and catered the Christmas brunch for WFYI.

Hartford City native, Mark Cooper, is a longtime friend and employee of Ron and Susan Orebaugh’s Grand Grilling Catering. Mark met Ron at Hartford City Farmers Market in 2003. Mark remarked to Ron if he ever needed any help to holler. Ron counted to 3 and hollered “Help” and the rest is history.
Mark is retired from the Hartford City Fire Department and the Hartford City Department of Public Works. He and his wife Penny have been married since 9-10-11. They live north of Hartford City with their 2 furry “kids” Buster and Baylee.
